Help Enterprises Improve Talent Performance W/o Overwhelming Their Employees with Content and Tools
Humans are naturally curious and learn by asking questions. However, answers are organized in chapters and paragraphs, distributed across multiple sources, and written in multiple formats. This is why despite spending billions on enablement corporates struggle with employee and customer success. ✅ What if, users could ask questions, in natural language, in the flow of work to get curated responses from a sea of content, data, and human conversations? ✅ What if, users could be proactively and contextually nudged with turn by turn guidance on “what to do, when, and how” in a conversational format (not in big documents)? ✅ What if, users could be enabled to take action post-learning, reminded to complete them, and connected to enterprise-wide resources via a single interface? ✅ What if, all this could be achieved without spending a generation worth of content re-factoring effort, and without accruing monumental tools development and integration costs? We solve a $100B employee and customer success problem by converting content into engaging, action-oriented conversations.
