ABOUT THE ROLE We have a large and growing user base, with an opportunity to deepen our understanding of what drives conversion, willingness to pay, and long-term subscription value. We’re looking for a Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher in New York to lead this work. This is a quantitatively oriented role focused on using rigorous research and measurement to shape product and growth decisions, complemented by qualitative research when deeper user insight is needed. You’ll partner closely with product and cross-functional leaders across growth, monetization, and subscriptions, helping inform fast-moving decisions around pricing, packaging, and conversion. This role adds deep research expertise to the team. WHO YOU ARE - You have experience leading quantitative or mixed-methods research for consumer products or services. - You can select practical, rigorous research methods based on the question and business context. - You are comfortable working with surveys, experiments, behavioral data, or related forms of customer insight. - You communicate clearly and can help cross-functional partners turn research into decisions. - You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
