Why this role exists
Metaview raised $60M Series C on 30 Sept 2026. This role went up 1 day later.
Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable. Founded by Siadhal https://www.linkedin.com/in/siadhal/ and Shahriar https://www.linkedin.com/in/s16h/ after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. HOW WE WORK Four principles guide us: - Velocity. Optimize for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better. - Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it’s inconvenient. - Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative. - End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through. THE ROLE AI is fundamentally changing how work gets done — across every sector, every function, every role. Hiring is no exception. The way talent gets found, evaluated, and secured is being reengineered from the ground up, and Metaview is leading that charge. In the next few years, this role will look very different to how it looks today. The tools, the leverage, the expectations — all of it is shifting. You can watch that happen from the outside, or you can come and shape it from inside the company building it. Our team is our moat. The quality of people we bring in is the single biggest lever on what Metaview becomes, and you'll own that lever. Key ownership areas: - Partner with Siadhal (Co-founder/CEO) and GTM leadership to define who we need, when, and why. Then go get them. - Proactively, relentlessly source, engage, screen, and close the best GTM talent in SF and on the East Coast. - Refine our recruiting infrastructure and keep making it sharper. Sure, a strong process secures great people at pace. The greater opportunity is to build a hiring machine that combines systematic rigor with human judgment 10x'ing our capacity leaving out competition at the starting line. - Develop and maintain genuine expertise in SF and East Coast GTM talent; where the best operators are, what they care about, and what it takes to land them. - Keep leadership honest. You're not waiting for permission or a playbook. - A track record of partnering directly with executives and GTM leaders to scope, refine, and close top-tier talent. - A hunter mentality.
