We partner with many of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and our team includes leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, FanDuel, Compass, Airbnb, Forter and beyond. ________________ We're looking for a sales leader who thrives on the front lines — someone who doesn't just manage a number, but builds the machine that hits it. As the Team Lead, Mid-Market Sales, you'll take the reins of a high-performing team of Account Executives, shape how we sell to the mid-market, and turn strategy into revenue, deal by deal. This isn't a "watch the dashboard" leadership role. You'll be in the trenches — coaching reps through tough calls, jumping into deals when it counts, and building a sales motion that scales. You'll report directly to our Head of Sales and partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to make sure every prospect and customer feels the value we deliver. This role is a hybrid onsite position, with 4 days in the office based in our NYC headquarters. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead the team. Coach, develop, and grow a squad of Mid-Market AEs into a repeatable revenue engine. - Own the number. Bookings targets, pipeline health, forecast accuracy — it's on you. - Get your hands dirty. Step into deals when it matters — strategy, pricing, negotiation, close. - Build the playbook. Define and continuously sharpen our mid-market sales motion. - Speak the customer's language. Translate event marketing pain points into a clear, data-backed value story. - Break down silos. Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless customer journey.
