WHO WE ARE We build software exclusively for capital markets based on an advanced AI-ready architecture. If you're a self-starter excited about redefining how software is delivered in the financial markets, you'll find a home at Genesis. We're charting a new path, delivering tailored solutions at scale on a standardized software architecture that accelerates AI integration with financial markets guardrails. Across the life cycle of software, we provide purpose-built solutions for the business, AI tools for builders and agentic-by-design framework for firms on the leading edge of real-world AI adoption. Clients value us for our deep capital markets expertise, decades of experience delivering and operating mission-critical systems, and rigorous thinking shaping the adoption of AI at development and at run time To help us achieve our vision of reinventing the way financial markets organizations build software, we are looking for people who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo - people who are passionate about change. If you are a self-starter and innovative thinker with a client-first mindset, Genesis is for you. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Head of DevOps to own the platforms, infrastructure and delivery pipelines that let us ship software securely and reliably for our clients — from development through to the production systems we run on their behalf. This is a senior leadership role with a global remit, spanning our regional DevOps teams. You'll report to the Executive Vice President, Engineering, build and lead the function, set the standard every engineering team builds against, and be accountable for the reliability, security, and cost transparency of a large, multi-region cloud estate. You'll stay technical enough to review architecture credibly and make the right calls, but this is a leadership role first: your job is multiplying a team's output, not shipping code yourself. Some travel comes with the role — visiting the wider team in Bangalore from time to time — but not extended stints away from home.
