AI is reinventing life sciences the same way it reinvented software engineering, and our team is building that future. We train frontier models that learn the underlying foundations of biochemical structure and interaction. We pair this with a computational workspace to iterate on molecules from idea to medicine, helping scientists move faster and develop medicines beyond the reach of existing methods. We value diverse perspectives and are ready to find greatness in unexpected places. CAN YOU HELP US? We are looking for a few exceptional individuals to anchor our founding talent team -- with an emphasis on research and engineering hiring in the near term. We index on curiosity, taste, resourcefulness, IQ and EQ in equal measure. #1 Build an incredible company. You will help design every detail of this org. You will refine your nose for outlier talent and exceptional genius, wherever it may be found. You will relentlessly tackle every aspect of every assignment you take on. You'll work with our founders and leaders day in and out. #2 Learn everything, communicate expertly. This job demands that you can hold an intelligent conversation with anyone at any level. You will ravenously learn everything about what we're doing, why we're doing it, and where we're headed -- so that you can tell our story with passion and authenticity. You care and build trust by keeping it real. #3 Think + act different. We don't think the status quo is good enough, and neither do you. You have consistently shown innate ability to think and act beyond what is expected in order to achieve out-of-distribution results. You turn insight into action, optimize for iteration over perfection, and operate with urgency & creativity in equal measure. WHERE COULD THIS LEAD? You will walk away from this position knowing that you were a force multiplier in accelerating humanity's progress towards better medicines and better understanding of biology. You will gain the know-how and the network to establish yourself as an industry operator, bolstering any plans you might have to found your own company one day. It will be a lot of fun, a lot of work, and extraordinarily rewarding. WE OFFER The opportunity to work at the vanguard of AI research and frontier biology, with world-class people, on a mission that matters. We protect & promote a culture of high velocity and ownership. We compensate our team accordingly.
