Prepare the function for audits, insurance requirements, and public-company expectations. Partner with Legal, People, and Workplace teams on compliance and reporting obligations. - Vendor & Partner Management: manage relationships with security vendors and external partners. Set service standards and hold vendors to consistent performance through clear accountability frameworks developed in close partnership with Procurement. - Employee Trust & Enablement: design safety programs and communications that are clear, transparent, and trust-building, not fear-inducing.
