ABOUT FIELD MATERIALS AI Field Materials is the leading AI platform for construction procurement, AP automation, and inventory management. Integrated with all major construction ERPs, its AI agents eliminate data entry for vendor documents and automate workflows across purchasing, inventory management, accounts payable, and prefab operations. The company has grown 3x over the past year and is now processing $2.5B+ in construction purchasing volume. Founded by serial entrepreneurs with successful exits to Fortune 500 companies (including PayPal), the company has raised over $20M in total funding and is backed by leading Silicon Valley venture capital funds and senior executives from companies like Lowe's and Google. Our company is the people we hire. We aspire to build a team of smart, high-caliber players that inspire each other to excel yet are not afraid to leave egos behind, roll up their sleeves, and fix what doesn't work. We don't believe in micromanagement and trust our team to take full ownership of their responsibilities. We believe in transparency as a way to build trust, break communication barriers, and align towards a common goal. ABOUT THE ROLE As our Event Marketing Manager, you will own the engine that drives demand for Field Materials AI from trade shows and virtual events. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role. One day you'll be managing trade show logistics, the next building a HubSpot report to prove the event-generated pipeline, and the next you'll be building a Hubspot audience for a trade show or a webinar. You will be the connective tissue between our events and sales motion, making sure every event is measured, repeatable, and tied to revenue. This is a high-ownership role with broad scope and real visibility, ideal for an operator who loves both the creative side of marketing and the analytical rigor behind it. If you are energized by building marketing processes from the ground up in a fast-growing AI startup, this is the perfect place to be. RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan and execute trade shows and events end to end — logistics, booth, collateral, lead capture, on-site coordination. - Own company swag and marketing collateral for customers, prospects, and employees end to end — sourcing, inventory, and budget — and build a repeatable process to distribute it to the right people at the right time. - Plan and run webinars, including co-hosted sessions with integration partners and professional associations — from scheduling and webinar platform logistics to promotion and follow-up. - Build pre/post-event email campaigns to drive attendance and conversions, for both physical and virtual events. - Run paired social media campaigns promoting events and webinars, leveraging Hubspot audiences and creative templates provided by the company. - Track event and webinar ROI and leads in HubSpot, turning data into clear recommendations. ABOUT YOU - Owner Mindset: You take full responsibility for outcomes and don't wait for instructions to improve a process. You're comfortable building the playbook, not just running it. - Analytical & Creative: You're equally happy in HubSpot reports and a creative brief. You like proving what works with data and aren't satisfied with vanity metrics. - Hands-On Operator: You enjoy "rolling up your sleeves," juggling events, campaigns, and deadlines at once without dropping the ball. - Strong Communicator: You can write clean, compelling copy in a way that resonates with construction professionals, from CFOs to field operations leaders. - Bias for Action: You move fast, ship, measure, and iterate, and you thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup. REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of experience in field/event marketing (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred). - Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform), including building campaigns, workflows, and reports. - Demonstrated experience planning and executing trade shows or events end to end. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment. - Bachelor's degree minimum. - Experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads, is a plus. - Construction industry familiarity is a plus. BENEFITS & PERKS - Competitive Compensation: Above-market base salary plus stock options. - Health & Wellness: Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Benefits. - 401K company plan: with a 3% match. - Growth: Annual personal development fund and opportunities for rapid career advancement in a fast-growing startup. - Flexibility: Unlimited untracked time off (PTO) and a fully remote work environment. - Perks: Gym reimbursement and a swanky work laptop.
