You should have - 5+ years in social media, content marketing, or a closely related role. - Genuinely strong writing. You can take a dense logistics topic and make it clear, sharp, and worth reading. - Hands-on experience managing owned media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. - A working command of social best practices across those platforms, from what to post to when and why, and how each channel differs. - Basic design editing skills. You're comfortable building clean, on-brand graphics in Canva. - Basic video editing skills.
