Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in. Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms, allowing you to run everything from your phone - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We're already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $750m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors. Why we're hiring - We're on track for roughly 700 deals a year and $750m in investment flowing through Odin in 2026. The goal is 7,000 deals a year. - Inbound is already around 70 new leads a month and climbing. You won't be cold calling. The demand is here, and your job is to turn it into deals. - Our customers are angels, syndicate leads and fund managers backing the most interesting companies in the world. When they're doing a deal, you're the person they call. - Every customer you bring in becomes part of your book, and your commission grows with it. - You'll be one of the first people in our commercial team, shaping how we sell as we scale from here. What you'll own - Converting inbound: A steady flow of inbound lands with you every week. You decide quickly which leads have a real deal behind them and turn them into their first deal on Odin, spending your time where it pays off. - Getting every deal to close: You own the deal from first conversation to close, and the customer knows you as their person at Odin. Ops, compliance and legal do the work; you run the deal, know exactly what's closing this week and what's in the way, and make it happen. That's the trust that brings customers back. - Your book: Every customer you bring in is yours, and so is their next deal. Over time you build a book of investors backing some of the most interesting companies in the world, and it compounds. - Building how we sell: You'll help write the playbook: how we qualify, run first calls, use Attio and Claude, and what we automate. When you find a better way, it becomes how the team works, and you grow as the team does. What we're looking for - High-volume inbound sales experience: At least 3 years in a fast, short-cycle SMB or mid-market sales motion, handling lots of inbound and closing against a target, rather than working two enterprise deals a quarter. That could be in tech, but recruitment, ad sales or anywhere else with a fast inbound motion. - Extremely organised: You're juggling new leads, live deals and existing customers at once. You prioritise ruthlessly, move fast, and nothing falls through the cracks. - Commercial instinct: You read between the lines on a first call, ask the right questions and follow the smoke to find the fire. You can tell a live deal with a closing date from someone browsing. - You do what you said you'd do: Customers trust you because you get back to them when you said you would, with the answer they needed. - Credible with experienced investors: Comfortable on a call with a seasoned GP or at an event full of them. - You'd rather shape it than inherit it: The role is clear, and how we do it is still being built. You want a hand in building it. - Big plus: private markets exposure: VC, angel syndicates, fund admin or an SPV platform. Useful, but not required. You'll learn SPV mechanics and fund structuring fast here, and it's rare, valuable expertise to have. How we work There are five things we care about deeply: 1. Reason from the ground up: Seek to understand what is true by always asking why. Do not trust convention or experts. 2. Speed begets speed: We work fast. Speed compounds, it's the best form of defensibility, and it's energising to be around. If you work slowly, or tolerate slow work around you, you do not belong at Odin. 3. Take ownership: Do not wait for permission to do things. Find the answer, force the thing into existence and hold others to an extremely high standard - the same standard you hold yourself to. 4. Brutal honesty: If work doesn't meet the bar, people need to hear it, and the right people want to. 5. Truly excellent customer service: Be a stickler for detail in every single interaction a customer has with us, and always strive to make this experience better, smoother, faster. This role is probably not for you if - You want long enterprise sales cycles and a handful of big deals; - You want a fully built playbook to plug into before you can perform; - You're uncomfortable asking for business, or disqualifying someone who isn't worth your time; - You'd rather hand a customer off once the first conversation is done; Salary £75k base + £75k on-target commission (£150k OTE) Hiring process Four stages: an intro call with our Head of People, a call with our Head of GTM, a task, and a final with our founders. Detailed feedback within 24 hours of each one. Location & ways of working We're a London-based team. This role works closely with ops, compliance, legal and the founders, and the speed we run at makes that much easier in person. At least three days a week in the office. Benefits - Health: Private health insurance (Vitality), paid sick leave including support for pregnancy loss and fertility treatments - Parental Leave: Enhanced maternity, adoption, paternity and partner leave - Pension: 4% employer contribution with salary sacrifice options - Time Off: 25 days annual leave, 2 wellness days and flexible bank holidays (33 days total) - Work From Anywhere: Up to 6 weeks per year working from anywhere globally - Birthday Leave: An additional day of leave Ready to apply?
