Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable. Founded by Siadhal https://www.linkedin.com/in/siadhal/ and Shahriar https://www.linkedin.com/in/s16h/ after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. HOW WE WORK Four principles guide us: - Velocity. Optimize for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better. - Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it’s inconvenient. - Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative. - End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through. THE ROLE Our EMEA sales team is growing quickly, and we’re hiring a Sales Manager to report to the Director of Sales, EMEA help us build the leadership and operating foundations for the next stage of scale. You’ll take ownership of a customer segment and lead its people, performance, and playbook. This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a finished system: you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to own building the coaching, reporting, onboarding, and operational structures the team needs to grow without lowering the bar. Key ownership areas: - Own the performance and quota of a sales segment (SMB / MM) - Recruit. lead, coach, and develop a growing team of quota-carrying sellers, reinforcing a high bar for execution. - Adapt and scale our MEDDIC and Command of the Message sales playbook for your segment, creating a repeatable approach that can scale. - Establish the operating cadence, reporting, and performance visibility needed to run the team effectively. - Partner with sales enablement to turn training and methodology into consistent execution across the team. - Help hire and onboard exceptional sales talent as the EMEA organization expands. WHAT YOU BRING - Experience leading a high-performing B2B sales team; depth of experience matters less than evidence that you are an exceptional leader. - A builder’s mindset, with experience creating or improving sales playbooks, systems, and operating structures rather than only inheriting them. - Strong coaching and talent-development skills, with a track record of raising the performance bar for sellers. - Systems thinking: you can translate ambitious growth goals into clear processes, reporting, and team rhythms. - Excellent customer-facing judgment and the ability to support sellers in complex commercial conversations. - Experience in mid-market, SMB, or building a new regional sales motion; expertise in any one of these can be a strong fit. - High agency, high standards, and the comfort to operate in an environment where there is still a great deal to build. WHAT WE OFFER - The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance. - Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI. - High compensation, through cash and equity. - All the benefits you’d expect and more.
