Why this role exists
Metaview raised $60M Series C on 30 Sept 2026. This role went up 1 day later.
Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable. Founded by Siadhal https://www.linkedin.com/in/siadhal/ and Shahriar https://www.linkedin.com/in/s16h/ after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. HOW WE WORK Four principles guide us: - Velocity. Optimize for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better. - Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it’s inconvenient. - Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative. - End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through. THE ROLE We're looking for an Events Marketer to own our US marketing events presence, from major conferences and product launches to executive dinners, community gatherings, partnerships, and unexpected activations. Your job is to make Metaview unmissable in the rooms that matter. One week you might produce a dinner for 20 Heads of Talent in New York. The next, you could take over a coffee shop during SF Tech Week, build an activation for 1,000 conference attendees, or bring 100 customers and prospects together for a Metaview launch. The best events don't feel like marketing. They're the dinner everyone wanted an invite to, the activation people are still talking about the next day, or the gathering where you meet exactly the people you wanted to know. We want someone who can take a blank page and turn it into an event people talk about afterward. Key ownership areas: - Build and run our US marketing events strategy around Metaview's GTM priorities. - Own events end to end: concept, planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up. - Create distinctive experiences that feel unmistakably Metaview. - Decide which conferences, sponsorships, partnerships, and event formats are worth our time and investment. - Partner closely with sales to bring the right people into the room and turn events into stronger relationships and pipeline. - Manage venues, vendors, partners, budgets, timelines, and logistics with a high bar for quality. - Measure what's working and continuously make the program better. WHAT YOU BRING - Experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or community. - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines. - Strong creative judgment and attention to detail across every part of the attendee experience. - A commercial mindset and an understanding of how events support brand, relationships, and pipeline. - High agency, low ego, and a willingness to move between strategy and hands-on execution. WHAT WE OFFER - The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance. - Supreme rate-of-learning. - High compensation, through cash and equity. - Unlimited AI and PTO (use what you need)
