If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. ROLE OVERVIEW The Account Executive, Mid Market joins Harvey's expanding APAC sales organization to bring AI-powered solutions to mid-sized law firms and professional services clients across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian market. This role sits within the Mid Market Sales team, whose mission is to accelerate adoption of Harvey's platform among firms that are primed for transformation but underserved by legacy legal technology. The AE will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through contracting and renewal — serving as the primary commercial relationship for their named accounts. They will partner closely with Solutions Architects, Legal Engineers, and Customer Success to tailor Harvey's offering to the nuances of the APAC legal market. It is a rare opportunity to shape Harvey's mid-market presence in a high-growth region at the intersection of AI and legal services. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own a named account list across Singapore and Southeast Asia, managing inbound leads and driving outbound prospecting to high-potential mid-market firms. - Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial outreach through contracting, onboarding, expansion, and renewals. - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and key sales performance metrics. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers — including Managing Partners, General Counsel, and Heads of Innovation — understanding their challenges and aligning Harvey's solutions with their needs. - Conduct high-velocity, tailored client evaluations including product demonstrations and presentations that showcase Harvey's AI capabilities to prospects. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal Engineering, and Customer Success to shape solutions for APAC-specific client needs. WHAT YOU HAVE - Proven track record selling complex B2B SaaS solutions with a consultative, value-based methodology; experience in mid-market or enterprise segments preferred. - Ability to independently manage a pipeline, accurately forecast performance metrics, and maintain CRM hygiene. - Skilled at leading multi-threaded sales with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to day-to-day product users, with strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated passion for AI and its potential applications in knowledge work, with genuine interest in the legal profession. - Energized by contributing to team development, refining sales processes, and building the playbook for a new regional market. - Experience working in or adjacent to the legal industry or professional services in APAC is a plus but not required.
