We partner with many of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and our team includes leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, FanDuel, Compass, Airbnb, Forter and beyond. ________________ We're looking for an Outreach Campaign Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of customer success, outbound execution, and AI operations. You'll own the end-to-end performance of AI-powered outreach campaigns for a portfolio of customers — managing high volumes of moving pieces, diagnosing what's working, fixing what isn't, and constantly raising the bar on quality and results. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and takes pride in the details. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own onboarding and ongoing campaign execution for a portfolio of accounts — managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously while keeping everything organized and nothing falling through the cracks. - Diagnose and optimize B2B outreach performance: analyze reply rates, prospect list quality, email copy, sequencing, and deliverability — and take action without waiting to be asked. - Write and refine 1:1 outbound copy that feels human, earns replies, and reflects each customer's brand voice and compliance requirements. - Track campaign replies, drive follow-up, manage conversion funnels, and book meetings on behalf of customers. - Collaborate closely with Customer Success to align on account priorities, surface risks early, and deliver outcomes that map to each customer's business goals. - Partner with the product and engineering team to surface patterns from the field and influence the roadmap. - Build and document scalable outreach processes that can be systematized and improved over time. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3–5 years in outbound sales, B2B marketing, customer success, or a high-volume client-facing operations role. - Proven experience managing a large number of concurrent accounts or workstreams without things slipping — you have a system and you stick to it. - Strong instincts for B2B email copy: you can tell the difference between a message that earns a response and one that doesn't, and you know why. - Analytical enough to diagnose campaign performance and turn metrics into clear next actions. - High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, follow through without being chased, and treat customer results as your results. - Naturally adaptable and a fast self-learner: when you encounter a new tool or problem, you figure it out before asking for help. - Creative problem solver who finds practical solutions in ambiguous situations and doesn't wait for a perfect playbook. - Clear, concise communicator who works well cross-functionally and keeps the right people informed without over-communicating. - Genuinely excited about AI — not just as a buzzword, but as a core part of how you work and think.
