This role is the dedicated people partner for our GTM organization, covering Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. GTM is where Alloy's growth gets made, and it is also where people questions arrive fastest. New hires ramping, managers holding the job for the first time, teams reshaping around new segments. You will work alongside the senior people partner for the same client group, splitting the work by depth rather than by team, which means you own real scope from your first month and build toward the senior seat as you go. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week. What you'll do This is an early-career people partner role with a real client group behind it. You will be the first call for GTM managers and their teams, and you will learn the strategic half of the job by doing it next to someone who already does it well. - Be the first point of contact for GTM managers and employees on everyday people questions, including policy, leave, compensation mechanics, job changes, and internal moves. - Run the operational backbone of performance cycles for your client group. Prepare materials, coordinate calibrations, track follow-through, and make sure feedback actually lands. - Own recurring org health reporting for GTM. Pull attrition, engagement, headcount, and ramp data, and bring a point of view on what is moving and why. - Partner with GTM recruiters from headcount decision through start date, then own onboarding and ramp for the hires who come through. At Alloy's GTM hiring volume, getting ramp right shows up in team performance fast. - Take on employee relations cases and first-time manager coaching with guidance from the senior people partner, and grow into handling them on your own. - Work close to the strategic side of the function. Org design, compensation cycles, and workforce planning are things you will learn by working on them with the senior partner before you own them. - Use AI as a core part of how you work rather than an add-on. Build repeatable workflows, and bring the ones that work back to the rest of the People team. What we're looking for Must-haves: - Two to four years in a People, HR, or People Operations role, including direct exposure to a client group rather than a purely administrative seat. - Comfort with data. You can pull your own numbers out of an HRIS and say what they mean without waiting for someone to build you a dashboard. - Clear, direct writing. You say what you mean, and managers know what to do after reading your message. - Sound judgment about escalation. You know when a conversation is yours to hold and when it needs your senior partner or legal in the room. - Discretion. You will see sensitive information earlier in your career than most people do, and you will handle it like someone with twice the experience. Nice-to-haves: - Experience supporting a GTM or sales organization, where quota, ramp, and attrition behave differently than they do elsewhere. - Prior experience at a fintech or B2B SaaS company. - Exposure to People Analytics tooling, or comfort building your own reporting. - Experience somewhere the playbook was still being written. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package.
