ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market. Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad. This is a temporary full-time role, based in London. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets. - Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU. - Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate. - Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar. - Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market. - Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones. - Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy. - Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity. - Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline. - Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing.
