We’re building a world-class sales organization, and the road ahead is going to be very exciting. This is a seat at the centre of the biggest shift selling has seen in decades. You'll be selling AI agents to companies rethinking how their entire customer experience works, which means the conversations are strategic, technical and genuinely interesting. You'll also be using AI every day to run your own territory, from qualification to research to how you read a deal, so you're not just talking about the technology, you're operating on it. What will I be doing? - Evangelize AI transformation by spearheading the growth and adoption of Fin across your given territory - With access to the best internal AI tooling and enablement the market, maintain category leading and differentiating knowledge of AI as the category evolves - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, through a highly consultative sales approach - Regardless of your segment, manage a varying volume complex 6 figure new business deals (at Fin, large and xl deals exist in every segment) - Articulate Fin's value and differentiation using the Command of the Message framework / MEDDPICC.
