We partner with many of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and our team includes leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, FanDuel, Compass, Airbnb, Forter and beyond. ________________ Vendelux is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing-led pipeline and product-led growth strategy and execution. In this role, you will evolve a high-performing acquisition engine that drives predictable, high-quality pipeline across digital, ABM, field amplification, and PLG channels. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to ensure tight full-funnel alignment, from awareness to product adoption, SQL creation, and opportunity progression. While Events and Community are owned separately, you will work to amplify event-driven pipeline and maximize conversion across touchpoints. This is a player-coach leadership role. You will set growth strategy and stay close to execution, directly managing two marketers while personally driving key programs, experimentation, and acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled integrated demand in both SLG and PLG motions in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology company at the Series B or C level. You're comfortable owning pipeline and user-growth outcomes and building systems that create durable, repeatable growth. You're a strategic thinker, but are happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into execution. This role offers the autonomy of a builder environment with close collaboration with colleagues. This position will be 3-4 days onsite, based in our NYC headquarters. What You'll Do - Own and execute the global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, events, and PLG channels to drive awareness, user acquisition, lead generation, and measurable pipeline growth aligned with business goals. - Own growth KPIs for Vendelux's mobile app, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion, and build and optimize PLG acquisition and lifecycle programs across paid, organic, referral, in-product, App Store, and lifecycle channels to efficiently scale app adoption. - Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to identify friction in the user journey, improve activation and retention, and turn product usage signals into opportunities for deeper engagement and conversion. - Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across product adoption, lead, and opportunity stages, and improve conversion rates across the entire marketing and product-led funnel. - Build and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for target accounts. - Work with Events & Community to amplify content campaigns and drive adoption around key industry events. - Leverage AI and modern tooling to personalize at scale and increase team leverage, building and operating AI-assisted workflows across content creation and distribution, SEO/GEO/AEO experimentation, rapid campaign iteration, and personalization. - Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, lifecycle communications, and thought leadership. - Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline and product-growth drivers, and optimize ROI. Who You Are - 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, including experience scaling Series B/C companies, with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. - Experience owning or influencing user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion metrics. - Expert use of HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads. - Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization. - Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale. - Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, product analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards. - Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and is comfortable operating with ambiguity. - Proficient in using AI tools to automate and build content, with an interest in using AI to constantly improve outcomes. - Experience with SLG, PLG, mobile app growth, freemium products, or self-serve acquisition strongly preferred. - Familiarity with App Store acquisition, mobile attribution, lifecycle marketing, or product analytics tools is a plus.
