Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, and Navan. Founded by Siadhal https://www.linkedin.com/in/siadhal/ and Shahriar https://www.linkedin.com/in/s16h/ after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. HOW WE WORK Four principles guide us: - Velocity. Optimize for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better. - Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it’s inconvenient. - Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative. - End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through. THE ROLE As a Sales Ops Analyst, you’ll be a foundational operational partner to our EMEA sales and customer success teams. You’ll keep the go-to-market engine moving—resolving systems issues, delivering the data and insights needed to make decisions, and removing the day-to-day blockers that slow our customer facing teams down. In doing so, you’ll help build the infrastructure, processes, and operating rhythm that allow our EMEA go-to-market motion to scale with speed and precision. Key ownership areas: - Troubleshoot and resolve GTM systems issues for EMEA sales and customer success teams during UK business hours. - Handle data requests and reporting for go-to-market stakeholders, including sales and engagement leadership. - Establish and manage deal desk processes, oversee deal flow, and give sales reps the operational support they need. - Build dashboarding and business intelligence infrastructure using a BI tool rather than relying solely on Salesforce dashboards or manual Google Sheets reporting. - Manage Chargebee access and provide billing system support, reducing the need for sales reps to work directly in Chargebee and lowering the risk of errors. - Create scalable processes for recurring data requests, systems troubleshooting, and cross-time-zone handoffs. - Document and continuously improve go-to-market operations workflows. Early priorities: - Establish documented, repeatable deal desk workflows with clear handoff procedures. - Implement dashboarding infrastructure that enables deeper insights and reduces reliance on manual reporting. - Create reliable systems for resolving recurring data requests and operational issues. WHAT YOU BRING - Strong sales operations acumen, including familiarity with sales operations, deal desk workflows, revenue systems, and the full sales funnel. - The ability to identify operational bottlenecks, diagnose their root causes, and design scalable systems and processes. - Technical fluency with business tools such as Salesforce, Chargebee, BI tools such as Hex, and data platforms. - Comfort moving between systems, understanding data flows, and implementing operational solutions without heavy engineering support. - The ability to translate business questions into useful reporting, dashboards, and clear operational recommendations. - High ownership and autonomy, with sound judgment about when to solve independently and when to escalate. - A proactive approach to supporting sales and customer success teams, anticipating needs before they become blockers. - Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment. WHAT WE OFFER - The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance. - Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI. - High compensation, through cash and equity. - All the benefits you’d expect and more.
