Required Skills and Experience: - 7+ years of professional product design experience, including owning end-to-end flows from discovery through launch. - Track record designing enterprise solutions for complex workflows, ideally used by both technical and non-technical users. - Excellence in UX thinking, systems design, and ability to influence product strategy and roadmap in close partnership with Product and Engineering. - Sharp attention to detail and mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping. - Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience. - Experience designing for technical, engineer-facing, or data-heavy systems, such as internal tools, dev platforms, or governance and compliance tooling. - Thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. - Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including using AI tools to explore, prototype, or ship faster. - Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
