Company Description At Aeon, we design, build, and test modular weapon systems for ground and air platforms. If you are looking to solve hard technical problems with a team of passionate engineers in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, Aeon is the place for you. We are looking to add a Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to our team. As an RF Engineer at Aeon, you will work on some of the most technically challenging and impactful parts of our product. You will design, build, and test high-performance active radar systems. Your contributions will directly affect our products, their use case and our customers. You’ll also help shape our technical roadmap for RF products. This is a highly collaborative role: you’ll partner closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure what you are building fits the larger system. Whether you’re optimizing our antenna designs, building new transmitter architectures, or solving hard signal processing problems, your work will be key to Aeon’s success. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Austin, TX with plans to move to Cedar Park, TX early 2027.
