Join us on this journey and let’s build the future of finance together! What is this role about? 🚀 If you can't walk down the street without dissecting ads, analyzing copy, and wondering how it all ties back to strategy, this role is for you. We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who moves confidently between insight and imagination. Someone who understands that a great creative doesn't just look good but also performs. You know from experience how the right idea, the right line, or the right visual can lift CTRs, shift perception, and make people remember your brand. You'll lead and execute brand research, creative strategy, and trust-building initiatives that define how Bondora shows up in the world, and own the full path from creative through to media: briefing agencies, coordinating brand media buying, and making sure every euro spent builds both fame and performance. You're also joining at a rare moment: Bondora's brand is undergoing the biggest transformation since launch, and you'll help carry it from concept to completion across every market and touchpoint. This is a role for someone who thinks like a customer, acts like a creative, and decides like a strategist. Your main responsibilities 🎯 - Leading rollout of the refreshed brand identity across customer-facing touchpoints. - Developing global creative platforms and campaigns that adapt seamlessly across markets. - Owning brand media investment: coordinating with the performance team and external media-buying and influencer agencies to plan and launch brand awareness campaigns across priority markets. - Writing creative briefs that inspire both internal teams and agencies, and guiding execution to ensure work is on-brand, on-brief, and on time. - Partnering closely with the performance team to test and analyze creative impact, continuously improving effectiveness and conversion. - Leading brand research projects, from briefing and coordination with partners to translating findings into actionable strategies. - Building AI workflows and experimenting with AI tools and automation to accelerate creative production, testing, and optimization. - Leading trust-building efforts, including Trustpilot and review platform management, NPS insights, and partnerships, and ensuring we communicate them loud and proud. - Owning brand execution on the website (homepage, key brand pages, overall look and feel), alongside maintaining and evolving brand assets and guidelines so every touchpoint, from ads to UX, reinforces a consistent brand experience. What would ensure success in this role?💪 - 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative strategy, preferably in financial services or other fast-paced digital consumer industries. - Proven ability to translate customer insights, market research, and data into actionable brand and creative strategies that drive measurable results. - Experience coordinating media buying or working with media agencies (including TV, radio, OOH, influencer). - Strong understanding of consumer psychology, brand positioning, and category entry points within the credit and financial sector. - Experience leading brand health tracking, brand image, and customer advocacy projects. - Expertise across creative formats (static, animation, and video) with experience scaling production efficiently. - Skilled in writing creative briefs and collaborating with design, copy, UX, video, performance teams, as well as external agencies and freelance partners. - Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation to accelerate creative production, research, and testing. - Balance of analytical thinking and creative judgment, with comfort in both brand performance metrics and creative reviews. - Deep commitment to building brand distinctiveness, consistency, and trust across all touchpoints. What can you expect at Bondora? - Contribute to Bondora’s ambitious goal of reaching 1BN in revenue. Your skills and efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory and shape the future of our company. - Our employees deserve the best. We recognize our people with a competitive salary and a generous benefits package (5 weeks of vacation, private healthcare compensation, hobby grant, mental healthcare support, share options and much more!) - We provide an environment that encourages your personal and professional growth. As we constantly evolve and innovate, you’ll have endless opportunities (and budget) to expand your skills and skyrocket your career.
