If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us. Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here. About the role: You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch. What you'll do: - Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation. - Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects. - Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders. What you'll own: - Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy. - Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies. - Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome. - Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks. - Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns. - Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation. What makes you a strong fit: - Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched. - End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders. - Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions. - Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement. - Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown. - Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning. What we offer: Ownership and flexibility - Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year - Hybrid-first work environment - Company-provided tools and equipment - Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene Health and time off - Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits - Access to an internal mental health support specialist - 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days - 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila Relocation and family support - Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics - Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses - USD 2,500 per year for flights home - Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18 Growth and team experience - Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications - Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person - Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events - High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view.
