We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. Responsibilities Solutions Consultants at Brex are responsible for leading the consultative, value-driven sales motion. This is not a traditional demo role. SCs act as trusted advisors, helping customers: - Understand their current state and challenges - Reframe problems and identify opportunities - Evaluate Brex as a strategic solution You will partner closely with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, guide customer decision-making, and ensure solutions are aligned to real business outcomes, not just product features. Requirements - 3 - 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS - Strong discovery skills with the ability to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirements - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences - Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in evolving environments - Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, improve, and refine your approach Compensation The expected OTE range for this role is $155,488 to $194,360. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.
