This role exists on the Analytics & Insights team to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services to our clients. The Analytics and Insights Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company. What you bring to Komodo Health (required): - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience. - 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients. - Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands. The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards.
