Solutions PMM at Fin owns the narratives that shape how Fin wins in market: the stories the field uses in customer conversations, the narratives that power our campaigns, the sales plays that power pipeline, and the competitive strategy that helps us take and defend ground. The Role You'll own how Fin shows up for specific industries and segments - translating our audience cohorts into sharp, vertical- and segment-specific messaging, and building the core bill of materials that brings it to life: web pages, demos, sales decks, sales plays, and campaign messaging. You'll own the Enterprise segment story, including the 'trust' messaging that enterprise buyers need, and partner with sales to feed real enterprise requirements back into R&D. And you'll own campaign messaging and demand gen support - defining audience targeting and co-creating campaign journeys that convert. What You'll Do - Define industry messaging from our audience cohorts, and build the core bill of materials for priority industries - web landing pages, demos, sales decks, sales plays, and campaign messaging - Own Enterprise segment product marketing - build the segment messaging and bill of materials (sales deck, web, plays), including the core 'trust' story enterprise buyers need - Partner with the sales team to understand enterprise customer requirements and feed them back into R&D - Support campaign messaging and demand gen support - define audience targeting, build the campaign messaging, and co-create campaign journeys with DG and integrated marketing, where you own the messaging and they own channel and execution - Create frameworks that give reps a sharper way into multi-stakeholder deals - flexing across industries, segments, and personas without losing the platform story - Test whether messaging is working - through field feedback, conversion signals, and rep confidence - and iterate quickly What We're Looking For This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction. You've done this before - 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or industry/segment marketing at a B2B SaaS company - You've built industry or vertical messaging and the assets to support it, and can speak to what landed in market and why - You've owned Enterprise or segment marketing — including the trust, security, and requirements story that enterprise buyers demand - You've partnered closely with demand gen and campaigns — owning the messaging while they own channel and execution — and shipped campaigns that converted - You've operated where product ships faster than messaging can keep up, and found a way to move at that pace without losing quality You think and write with precision - Excellent written communication — you write crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis memos that drive alignment, and you can write for a VP of CX and a sales rep in the same week - Strong editorial judgment — you know the difference between a sharp positioning statement and marketing language that means nothing - You push back on vague claims and force specificity — in your own work and in others' You're product-obsessed and technically engaged - You read the docs, use the product, and dig into the tech before you craft a single message - You understand the technical differentiation of AI across the stack — model, app, and infrastructure — and have a POV on where the AI customer service market is going, not just where it is - You use AI tools fluently in your own work and are always looking for new ways to move faster and think sharper You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution - You don't hand off strategy and wait — you take it all the way to the asset, the campaign, the field - A systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks others can use, not just one-off assets - Comfortable turning audience research into a bill of materials the field and demand gen can run with immediately - You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective Attributes We're Looking For - Ambitious and competitive — you set a high bar, think big, and want to win.
