ABOUT PARAMETER Parameter builds AI agents that run penetration tests on production applications and cloud environments. Our agents find access control bugs, IDORs, XSS, and cloud misconfigurations that scanners miss. We've reported real, high-severity vulnerabilities to well-known tech companies, and that work brings in most of our customers. We're a seed-stage YC company based in San Francisco. THE ROLE You'll work with the founders and our GTM team on how we find and win customers. The work is part growth, part engineering: building the tools and automations behind our outbound, running campaigns, and shipping small projects that bring in leads. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build prospecting, enrichment, and outreach workflows with tools like Clay, Apollo, and AI coding tools - Help run outbound campaigns and paid ads on LinkedIn, Google, and X - Build landing pages, free tools, and other small projects that bring in qualified leads - Track campaign and pipeline results and share what's working - Join customer and sales calls to learn how security teams buy QUALIFICATIONS - Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated - Comfortable writing code or scripts, or building with AI coding tools - Interest in growth, sales, or marketing, with something you've built or grown to show for it (a project, a community, a side business) - Clear writing and comfortable talking with customers NICE TO HAVE - Experience with outbound tools, ads platforms, or a CRM - Interest in security or developer tools COMPENSATION - $40 – $55 per hour, depending on experience - Team lunches and dinners in the office INTERVIEW PROCESS 1.
