Why this role exists
Metaview raised $60M Series C on 30 Sept 2026. This role went up 1 day later.
Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable. Founded by Siadhal https://www.linkedin.com/in/siadhal/ and Shahriar https://www.linkedin.com/in/s16h/ after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. HOW WE WORK Four principles guide us: - Velocity. Optimize for rate of learning. Take action, get feedback, get better. - Hospitality. Sweat the experience. Delight customers, candidates and colleagues, even when it’s inconvenient. - Transparency. Public unless private. Share context openly within the company so people and agents can take initiative. - End-to-end. Deliver outcomes, not tasks. Step beyond your job description and see the work through. THE ROLE We're scaling fast, and our biggest constraint on output is no longer headcount. It's leverage. Keeping our operating model bleeding-edge is a full-time job. Every team at Metaview (Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, Talent) hits bottlenecks and runs workflows that should be 10x faster with AI in the loop. This is a builder role reporting to co-founder/CEO, deployed wherever the work is hardest and the commercial leverage is highest. You'll identify high-leverage workflows across our operations, diagnose what's holding us back, and ship AI-native solutions that transform how teams work. Key ownership areas: - Identify the highest-leverage workflows that drive commercial outcomes within non-engineering teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, Talent), diagnose the constraints, and ship AI-native solutions that permanently change how the team operates. - Set the bar for AI-native operating across the company: what good looks like, what tools to use, and what every team should expect from their own workflows in six months. - Aggressively devise ways to use AI to create leverage within our top priority objectives, then turn any learnings into reusable patterns. - Decide what to build in-house vs. what to buy. WHAT YOU BRING There's no single path to this role. What matters is that you're an AI-native builder, obsessed with figuring out how AI can and will change how we work, and leveraging that obsession for competitive advantage: - You build with AI as your default mode, not as a novelty. Agents, automations, skills: you have things you've shipped that changed how real work gets done. - Data and Commercials: You're a commercial athlete, capable of driving data analysis independently, and turning those insights into that winning tactics and ideas. - Communication: World-class ability to keep technical and commercial talent aligned on what matters, and aware of what needs to happen. - High throughput: You're able to make things happen at an ungodly rate, both through your own endeavour, and through the orchestration of a broader team. - Hustle: You're all-in on doing the most impactful work possible. It's your top priority in life. WHAT WE OFFER - The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance. - Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI. - High compensation, through cash and equity. - All the benefits you’d expect and more.
