WHY WE’RE HIRING As Feathery grows across insurance and wealth management, conferences, industry events, and in-person programs are becoming an increasingly important part of how we build awareness, engage enterprise buyers, and generate pipeline. We’re hiring a Field Marketing Specialist – North America to own the execution of our growing event and field marketing calendar. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to bring Feathery to life at industry conferences, customer and prospect events, executive programs, and other field activations — ensuring every program is well executed and connected to measurable business outcomes. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing events and programs to life and can manage the details from beginning to end. You’ll own the execution of Feathery’s North America field marketing programs — from sponsorships, vendors, booths, attendee communications, and onsite logistics through Sales coordination, lead capture, follow-up, and reporting. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on where we show up and how we maximize each investment, while taking direct ownership of making the programs happen. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater ownership of Feathery’s event strategy — helping determine where we show up, how we invest, and which programs deliver the greatest impact. The goal isn’t simply to run great events. It’s to turn them into meaningful experiences and conversations with the right customer relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO CONFERENCES & EVENT EXECUTION - Own industry conferences and events end-to-end, including sponsorship coordination, registration, booth and materials, vendors, attendee communications, onsite logistics, and post-event follow-up - Manage multiple events simultaneously across timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal stakeholders - Coordinate Feathery’s presence across industry conferences, customer and prospect events, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and other field programs - Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure every program is delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard - Travel across North America as needed to support key conferences and events SALES PARTNERSHIP & PIPELINE GENERATION - Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to align events with priority accounts, territories, and pipeline goals - Coordinate pre-event outreach and meeting-booking efforts to ensure Sales gets maximum value from each program - Manage attendee and lead capture and ensure clear, timely handoff and follow-up after events - Help create opportunities for Sales to engage prospects and customers through dinners, roundtables, executive programs, and other targeted field activations - Keep Sales informed on event plans, attendee lists, meetings, leads, and follow-up actions MEASUREMENT & OPTIMIZATION - Track and evaluate event success across attendance, MQLs, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, sourced and influenced pipeline, and overall event ROI - Report on program performance and use results and Sales feedback to improve future events and investment decisions - Identify which events and programs are delivering the strongest engagement and commercial impact - Help improve and scale our event processes as Feathery’s field marketing program grows ABOUT YOU - 3–5 years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience within enterprise SaaS/software - Demonstrated experience personally owning conferences and events end-to-end — from planning and logistics through onsite execution and follow-up - Experience working closely with Sales/AEs and understanding how field marketing contributes to awareness, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline - Experience running a mix of industry conferences and customer/prospect programs such as dinners, roundtables, webinars, or regional events - Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously - Commercial mindset and experience measuring event performance beyond attendance, including MQLs, meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline, conversion, and ROI - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills - Ability and willingness to travel across North America for conferences and events BONUS - Experience in fintech, financial services, insurance, or wealth management - Experience with CRM, marketing automation, lead capture, or event tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms - Experience at an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company - Experience supporting account-based or executive engagement programs What We Offer - Competitive compensation and equity - Health, dental, and vision coverage - Unlimited PTO - Downtown Toronto office location - Office snacks and monthly catered lunch - A supportive, low-ego team that values ownership and growth - Company offsite to connect and recharge Feathery is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic.
