About the Team Our HR team operates as a strategic partner to the business, focused on cultivating a high-performance culture where exceptional talent thrives. Our work is fundamentally guided by the DICE (Democratize Internet Commerce for Everyone) mission, which underpins our approach to all people strategies. Our core mandate centers on two critical pillars: driving world-class Talent Density and continuously elevating Employee Experience. We achieve this by relentlessly attracting, developing, and retaining the highest caliber of professionals, ensuring that every individual contributes significantly to our success. Concurrently, we are committed to shaping an unparalleled employee experience—one defined by transparent communication, meaningful development, and a deeply engaging, inclusive culture. As stewards of the company's most valuable asset—its people—we design, implement, and champion people strategies that directly translate into sustained business growth and a position as one of India’s most sought-after e-commerce destinations. About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead two equally important charters: HR Business Partnering for the 3P/contract workforce and Employee Relations. The role will manage a team of 6 direct reports supporting office, work-from-home, and field-based employees across multiple businesses and locations. The incumbent will partner closely with Business Leaders, HR Leadership, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Ethics and Investigations, and staffing partners. The role requires strong business understanding, people leadership, ER expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters with fairness, maturity, and speed.
