Job Description: The Marketing Team at Shield AI is hiring a Slide Designer to design high-impact presentation decks primarily in PowerPoint, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives. You will take rough content, outlines, and stakeholder input and transform them into polished, presentation-ready slides with strong structure, hierarchy, and flow. This role requires a deep focus on storytelling through slides, balancing clarity, visual precision, and executive-level polish across a range of use cases. You will partner closely with marketing, business development, product marketing, and solutions engineering teams to shape messaging and build effective presentations from the ground up. A core part of the role is owning and maintaining key PowerPoint assets, including templates, slide masters, reusable components, and flagship product decks. You will help evolve scalable template systems and slide libraries to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the organization. In addition, you will apply advanced PowerPoint capabilities such as custom layouts, animations, transitions, charts, and visual systems to elevate storytelling. You will iterate quickly on feedback, balance high-volume, fast-turn requests with more strategic, high-visibility presentations, and maintain organized files and version control.
