Marketing Activations & Operations

About the role

What We're Up To Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has over 1,900 markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more. We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position. - Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet. - Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets. Building a new category is hard… like, really hard. But it’s beautiful and deeply fulfilling . Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets. What Is Kalshi Kalshi is the first and only federally regulated exchange where people can trade on any event. Think like the NYSE, but instead of trading stocks, you trade on the events you know and care about. After three years of regulatory struggle, Kalshi's historic regulatory approval from the CFTC has allowed it to launch a new asset class: event contracts. Event contracts, the fastest-growing asset class today, are elegant financial instruments structured as simple yes/no questions about the future. In 2024, Kalshi Klear was approved as a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) and now manages all clearing activity for its exchange members. We are looking for passionate and outlier members excited to embark on this voyage toward building the financial system's next inflection point. Role Roadmap We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-minded Marketing Activations & Operations driver to ensure Kalshi’s partnerships and campaigns actually ship — and ship well. You’ll be the connective tissue across marketing, partnerships, growth, creators, agencies, and channels, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every campaign gets fully leveraged. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, creative, and distribution. You’ll own follow-through, coordination, and reuse — turning great ideas into fully executed, multi-channel campaigns that actually reach scale. If you love turning chaos into clarity, making sure work gets maximized, and holding teams accountable without being annoying about it, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Partnership Execution - Own end-to-end follow-through on marketing partnerships and activations - Ensure all agreed-upon deliverables are executed on time and to spec - Track campaign timelines, dependencies, and approvals across teams - Act as the point person to keep partners, creators, agencies, and internal teams aligned Cross-Channel Coordination & Recycling - Ensure every campaign is fully reused and adapted across all relevant channels (paid, organic, social, email, PR, OOH, product, etc.) - Coordinate asset handoffs and reformatting so nothing lives in just one place - Identify opportunities to extend the life and impact of campaigns through remixing, reposting, and redistribution - Maintain a clear view of what’s live, what’s coming, and what can be reused Marketing Operations & Organization - Build and maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and activation roadmaps - Create lightweight systems to ensure campaigns stay coordinated as the team scales - Flag risks early when timelines, assets, or approvals are slipping - Work closely with partnerships, growth, creative, and product teams to align execution - Ensure messaging and creative stay consistent across channels - Support launches, stunts, and real-time activations that require tight coordination - Step in as an execution owner when campaigns need a single accountable driver Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, activations, campaign management, or partnerships - Strong project management instincts — you naturally keep things moving - Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven - Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment - Clear communicator who can push for follow-through without friction - Resourceful, proactive, and willing to take ownership end-to-end - Experience coordinating across multiple marketing channels is a strong plus Our Culture Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. We dream big. We love our craft deeply and are proud of what we put out in the world. We are committed to our vision of building something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth through the power of markets. Kalshians are Kalshi’s most important asset: we pick Kalshians carefully, so we trust them fully on day 1. NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure: Salary Range: $100,000 to $180,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles. Should you have compensation expectations that exceed these bands, we'd love to hear from you and would welcome you to reach out to further discuss. Commitment to Equal Opportunity Kalshi is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We believe it is our collective responsibility to uphold these values and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to join us in our mission. All qualified applicants will be treated with respect and receive equal consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, uniform service, veteran status, age, or any other protected characteristic per federal, state, or local law. If you are passionate about what you do and want to use your talents to support our mission and values, we’d love to hear from you.
