What you’ll own: - Own the design, build, and maintenance of software components supporting the Core Engineering team. - Design and evolve payment flows end to end: processing, routing, status handling, refunds/reversals. - Integrate new payment providers, banks, and partner channels, and handle their failure modes gracefully. - Build and maintain scalable, reliable APIs and services, and contribute to internal SDKs and frameworks that let product teams launch new payment use cases quickly and safely. - Investigate payment incidents (stuck, duplicated, or inconsistent transactions) and make the system self-healing. - Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and maintainable implementations. - Contribute to code and configuration reviews.
