Senior Staff Total Rewards Partner

About the role

Are you a total rewards leader who thrives in building from the ground up while scaling for what’s next? Do you bring both strategic clarity and a pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to compensation, equity, and benefits? Are you excited by the challenge of evolving programs in a high-growth environment on the path to IPO? If so, we’d love to meet you. As Senior Staff, Total Rewards at Ridgeline, you will own and evolve our total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we attract, retain, and motivate talent—ensuring that our Total Rewards programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned to the next phase of our company’s growth. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role with company-wide impact. From evolving our compensation and equity strategy to building the foundation for global expansion and IPO readiness, your work will directly influence how we scale. This includes defining a thoughtful, scalable benefits strategy that supports our workforce today while building the foundation for global growth and IPO readiness. At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. We act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and bias toward action. We bring solutions, not just problems, and we’re energized by building for the future while delivering today.
