Job Responsibilities At Trafilea, you won’t just make ads — you’ll shape how millions of customers around the world discover, engage, and buy through performance-driven storytelling. You’ll own the strategy, testing, and iteration of high-volume direct-response ads that move the needle across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. You’ll lead the creative engine behind campaigns that fuel $500K+ in daily spend, diagnose creative performance through AdBattery and data-driven insights, and build scalable testing frameworks that consistently deliver winning hooks, angles, and storytelling formats.
