BeyondSeed Backs Wellwith With $145K Seed Cheque
The Uttar Pradesh-based food and beverage products company's seed round landed in the same fortnight as Wow Momo's $8.35M Series D, per StartupTalky's tracker.
Wellwith, a food and beverage products company headquartered in Uttar Pradesh, has raised $145K in seed funding led by BeyondSeed.
The deal appears in StartupTalky's running record of Indian startup funding for December 2025, filed under the fortnight covering 16 December to 29 December. The tracker lists the company's sector as Food & Beverage Products, its base as Uttar Pradesh, and BeyondSeed as the sole named lead investor on the round.
The cheque is one of the smallest on that fortnight's list, which is dominated by much larger rounds across sectors — Mintoak's $6M Series A led by PayPal Ventures, Transcon Ind's $27.9M Series B led by Premier Energies, and Digantara's $50M Series B backed by SBI Investment among them.
Food and beverage names were spread right across the period's tables. Wow Momo raised $8.35M in Series D funding led by Madhusudan Kela. Delhi-based Knack drew an undisclosed angel round from Karan Wahi. Meal of the Moment, based in Maharashtra, closed a $5.8M Series A led by IvyCap Ventures, and Haldirams took an undisclosed private equity round from L Catterton. Elsewhere in the same stretch, WickedGud raised $2.2M in a Series A led by Orios Venture Partners, Swizzle brought in $221K in seed funding from Sooraj Singh, and Karnataka's Supply6 — a nutraceuticals business — closed an undisclosed angel round backed by Kriti Sanon.
Within that cohort, Wellwith's $145K sits at the pre-institutional end of the scale, smaller than Swizzle's seed raise and well below the Series A and later-stage cheques that defined the fortnight's food and beverage activity. The source does not state what the capital will be used for, nor does it disclose a valuation, headcount, or revenue figure for the company.
