Holo reaches $5M ARR in 252 days as Market One Capital leads €5M seed
The Vilnius-based AI marketing platform, which already serves more than 20,000 paying businesses across over 100 countries, will use the seed round to develop its marketing autopilot and expand its team.
Vilnius-based Holo has raised €5M in a seed funding round led by Market One Capital, with Silicon Gardens, FirstPick, Leonis Capital, NGL, Tekton Ventures and business angels also participating.
Holo develops an AI-powered platform that helps small businesses plan, create and automate marketing campaigns, combining content generation, campaign management and performance optimisation in a single solution. The company's stated aim is to make AI-powered marketing tools more accessible to small businesses, allowing them to manage their marketing without dedicated teams.
Onboarding starts with a business owner entering their website. The system then analyses their products or services, brand identity and communication style, and uses that information alongside the business's goals to generate a marketing plan outlining which channels to use, what campaigns to launch and which activities to prioritise. From there, Holo produces marketing materials including advertisements, social media posts, emails and SEO content tailored to the brand, organised in a content calendar where users can review, edit and approve items before publication across connected channels. Selected tasks can be automated so campaigns run without requiring approval at every stage.
The platform also monitors campaign performance and feeds those results back into recommendations for future activity — for example, suggesting that more budget go to better-performing advertisements, or that additional content be created in formats that generate greater reach. Under the hood, Holo combines third-party AI models with its own technology: a system that retains each business's brand identity and communication style, a strategy engine for marketing planning, and a creative system informed by performance data from millions of pieces of content generated through the platform.
The traction numbers are notable for a seed-stage company. Holo reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue within 252 days, having raised less than €1 million before this round, and now serves more than 20,000 paying businesses across over 100 countries.
The company was founded by Deividas Kovger and Aleksandras Urbanavicius. The founding team also includes Karolis Vaiginis, who leads design, and CTO Arnas Puidokas.
The new funding will be used to further develop Holo's marketing autopilot capabilities, reach more small businesses and expand its team in Vilnius.
