Sauce backs Loopie in undisclosed debt round and $798K seed
Haryana-based mom and baby care startup Loopie raised an undisclosed debt round from Sauce, which also led a $798K seed round for the company.
Loopie, a Haryana-based startup in the mom and baby care sector, has raised an undisclosed debt round led by Sauce, according to StartupTalky's Indian startup funding tracker for December 16-29, 2025. The same investor also led a $798K seed round for Loopie, making Sauce the named lead on both of the company's latest rounds.
The tracker lists Loopie under Mom & Baby Care, with headquarters in Haryana. The debt round is recorded as undisclosed in amount, while the seed round is recorded at $798K. Both entries name Sauce as the lead investor.
Loopie's funding comes in a period when other mom-and-baby care companies also raised capital. Inito, which operates in the same sector, raised a $29M Series B led by Bertelsmann India Investments, and IPF raised a $375K seed round led by Titan Capital. The activity suggests investors are continuing to place bets across both early and growth stages in the mom-and-baby segment in India.
Sauce was also active elsewhere in the tracker, leading a $1.4M seed round for EDT World, a household durables company, during the same December 16-29 window. The investor's involvement in both Loopie rounds, debt and seed, highlights a relationship that spans different parts of the capital structure.
