Narahari Investments leads $4M round for Kutlerri.ai's restaurant AI agents
The Stafford, Texas-based startup will expand its AI Catering Sales Agent and build a mobile-first self-service application for smaller restaurant operators.
Kutlerri.ai, a Stafford, Texas-based developer of AI agents for the restaurant industry, has raised $4 million. The round was led by Narahari Investments, a Houston-based investment firm.
The company builds AI-powered agents designed to help restaurants increase revenue and reduce operating costs. Its first product, the AI Catering Sales Agent, automates inbound catering inquiries and outbound sales prospecting. Kutlerri.ai delivers its agents as a managed service, and the catering agent runs on a performance-based pricing model rather than a traditional subscription.
According to the company, the new capital will be used to support the expansion of its catering agent, develop new product offerings, and introduce a mobile-first self-service application aimed at smaller restaurant operators.
That last item points to where much of the restaurant technology market remains under-served. Independent and smaller operators typically lack the staff to chase catering leads or field inbound inquiries promptly, and the tools available to larger chains are often priced or configured in ways that don't fit a single-location business. A self-service, mobile-first product would let those operators adopt an agent without the managed-service layer that a larger group might prefer.
The funding lands in the restaurant technology category, a segment where software vendors have spent recent years pushing automation into front-of-house sales and back-of-house cost control. Kutlerri.ai is staking its pitch on the revenue and cost side of the ledger at once: agents that pursue catering business on the way in, and agents intended to trim operating costs on the way out.
The pricing model is a notable wrinkle. Performance-based pricing ties what a restaurant pays to what the agent brings in, a departure from the per-seat or per-location subscription structures common in restaurant software. It also shifts part of the risk of adoption onto the vendor, which can be an easier sell to operators who are wary of adding another monthly line item.
Kutlerri.ai lists its funding date as September 30, 2026, and its software category as restaurant technology. The company has not disclosed the specific round type, valuation, or total funding to date.
