Unveilr AI takes pre-seed from AJVC at Rs 16.7 Cr valuation

Mumbai-based Unveilr AI has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed round from Aviral Bhatnagar's AJVC at a valuation of Rs 16.7 crore.

The startup, founded by Sanditya Srivastava, helps B2B and consumer brands generate leads through Google and AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. Unveilr AI combines search engine optimisation (SEO) with Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). Its AI agents track how brands appear across search engines, identify queries where competitors are recommended, and analyse the sources used by AI platforms. The team then works on content, technical changes and online authority to improve brand visibility.

The company will use the fresh capital to expand its engineering team and develop additional capabilities for its AI agents. It also plans to grow its sales team and expand its customer base across India, the UAE and the US.

Unveilr AI launched in February 2026 and currently serves B2B and consumer brands in those three markets. The team includes IIT alumni and SEO and AEO specialists.

The startup claims that its customers can start seeing results within the first month. For an Indian B2B legal services platform, Unveilr AI says it increased AI-sourced traffic by around 4.7 times and leads by 5 times, along with an 80% increase in ChatGPT citations. For a D2C brand, it says organic search contributes around 27% of total revenue.

The pre-seed cheque arrives as AI platforms increasingly shape how consumers discover and compare brands, making visibility inside AI-generated answers a growing priority for companies that once focused only on traditional search rankings.
