Rebellions Backs CCK Solution to Pair Korean AI Chips With Enterprise Document Workflows
CCK Solution will integrate Rebellions' neural processing units into its Noa AI workplace platform, targeting security-sensitive finance, accounting and government customers while pushing into Vietnam, Mongolia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
CCK Solution, a South Korean enterprise AI specialist, has secured a strategic investment from Rebellions, the AI semiconductor company developing neural processing units. The deal was booked as growth capital, according to the announcement dated October 8, 2026 and updated on October 12. The size of the investment was not disclosed.
The company builds document-AI platforms for automated workflows. Its flagship product, Noa, is an AI workplace platform that helps accounting firms and enterprises automate complex document verification, audit procedures and report generation. CCK Solution was founded by a team with professional backgrounds in computer science and accounting — a pairing that shows up in the product's concentration on paperwork-heavy, rule-bound work.
Rebellions is the sole investor named in the round and its role is more than financial. The stated plan is to integrate Rebellions' neural processing units with the Noa AI workplace platform to develop a domestic AI full-stack solution — Korean software running on Korean silicon, rather than a stack assembled from foreign components.
That framing points directly at the customer segment CCK Solution says the collaboration is meant to serve: security-sensitive institutions in the finance, accounting and government sectors. For those buyers, where document handling touches audit trails, filings and internal records, the appeal of a locally built stack is as much about control and procurement posture as about raw model performance.
The same investment is meant to fund international expansion. The company has named Vietnam, Mongolia, Singapore and Hong Kong as markets it intends to pursue, a set that mixes Southeast Asian growth economies with two established financial hubs where accounting and audit workflows are both dense and heavily regulated.
CCK Solution is not starting from zero in the accounting vertical. Its Noa platform already targets the document verification and report-generation chores that consume billable hours at accounting firms, work that is repetitive enough to automate but sensitive enough that errors are costly.
For Rebellions, the tie-up offers an enterprise software channel for its neural processing units at a moment when AI chip makers are competing to prove their hardware in production environments rather than benchmarks. For CCK Solution, it offers a differentiated claim in a crowded enterprise AI market: an integrated software-and-silicon offering aimed at institutions that are reluctant to route sensitive documents through third-party infrastructure.
Neither company disclosed the investment amount, valuation or headcount in connection with the announcement.
