KISAH Secures ₹35.9 Cr in Series A to Expand Retail Presence

KISAH, an omnichannel menswear brand, has successfully raised ₹35.9 Cr (approximately $3.7 million) in its Series A funding round. This round was led by Fireside Ventures, marking a significant step forward for the brand as it seeks to expand its retail footprint. Following this funding, KISAH is valued at around ₹211 Cr (approximately $22 million).

The funds will primarily be allocated towards scaling the company’s retail network, which is poised to become a major contributor to its revenue model. KISAH currently operates 12 stores and aims to increase this number to 100 in the near future. The brand has already shown substantial growth, achieving revenues of ₹65 Cr in FY26 and is on track to exceed ₹100 Cr in FY27 while maintaining profitability.

KISAH is focusing on leveraging this investment not just for retail expansion but also for enhancing its supply chain, warehousing, technology, and overall backend infrastructure. The company has indicated that the insights gained from this expansion will help formulate effective retail strategies, creating comprehensive playbooks to guide future growth.
