NEA Leads $90M Series B Into Tokenized Cash Fund Platform Spiko
Spiko's $90M Series B, led by NEA, brings the London- and Paris-based tokenized cash fund platform's total funding to $120 million.
Spiko, a tokenized cash fund platform with offices in London and Paris, has raised a $90M Series B led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), the venture capital firm focused on technology and healthcare. The round, announced October 6, 2026, brings the company's total funding to $120 million.
Founded in 2023 by Paul-Adrien Hyppolite and Antoine Michon, Spiko designs and distributes regulated cash funds with the stated aim of making financial yield universal. Its product suite uses tokenization and API integration so that businesses, fintechs and individuals can access programmable, yield-bearing cash management tools — a pitch built around putting idle cash balances to work rather than letting them sit static.
The investor syndicate is broad and geographically mixed. Alongside NEA, the round drew participation from Index Ventures, Bpifrance, Speedinvest, Flourish Ventures, Shapers, White Star Capital, Blockwall, Frst, EQNX, Mirana Ventures and Wintermute Ventures. Angel investors included Axel Weber and the founders of Qonto. Bpifrance's participation is notable given Spiko's French footprint, while the presence of crypto-oriented backers such as Mirana Ventures and Wintermute Ventures speaks to the tokenized structure of the company's funds.
Spiko plans to put the new capital toward launching new cash funds, expanding its services into new international markets, and growing its internal team across its European hubs.
The raise lands in a fintech category — tokenized treasury and cash management products — that has been attracting both venture capital and institutional interest. Spiko's positioning rests on combining regulated fund structures with an API-first, tokenized distribution layer, targeting corporate treasury teams and fintechs that want yield-bearing cash tools rather than conventional deposit accounts. With the Series B closed, the company's next test is whether it can convert that regulatory and technical groundwork into multi-market scale.
