Clueso's $10M Series A Targets the Chore of Keeping Enterprise Videos Current
Dharana Capital led the Series A, with Founders Future, Neotribe Ventures, Y Combinator and F7 Ventures also participating.
Clueso has raised $10M in a Series A funding round led by Dharana Capital, with participation from Founders Future, Neotribe Ventures, Y Combinator and F7 Ventures.
The startup is going after a specific and often overlooked problem in enterprise content: the recurring work of keeping videos up to date. Product demos, training material and internal explainers decay the moment a company ships a new interface, changes a process or refreshes its brand guidelines, and someone has to re-record, re-edit and re-publish. Clueso's approach is to automate enterprise video creation with AI agents, so that the videos move along with the change rather than falling behind it.
That framing shapes where the new capital is headed. According to the company, the funds will be used to expand its enterprise sales and marketing operations, develop its AI agents, improve video editing capabilities, and deepen integrations with business systems. That last item is the one that would make the automation promise concrete: tighter connections into the tools enterprises already use are what would allow a video to be regenerated when the product or process it describes changes underneath it.
The round also gives Clueso a group of backers with a mix of seed-stage and enterprise-software credentials. Y Combinator and Neotribe Ventures appear on the cap table alongside F7 Ventures, Founders Future and lead investor Dharana Capital.
The broader context is a video production market where the bottleneck has shifted from the cost of the first cut to the cost of the hundredth revision. Enterprise teams that once commissioned videos from agencies or dedicated video specialists now need them continuously — for launches, enablement, support documentation and internal communication — and the maintenance burden scales faster than the headcount available to absorb it. That is the wedge Clueso is selling into: not one-off video generation, but the unglamorous upkeep of a library that has to stay accurate.
Whether that wedge holds depends on how well the agents handle the specifics of enterprise products, where screens, permissions and user flows vary widely. Clueso's plan to put new money into agent development and deeper systems integration suggests the company sees the difficulty less in producing a video and more in knowing when and how it should change.
