SuperYou clinches $7M Series B with V3 Ventures in the lead
The Maharashtra-based online grocery startup's Series B was led by V3 Ventures, one of two grocery deals tracked in StartupTalky's data for December 16–29, 2025.
Online grocery startup SuperYou has raised $7M in a Series B round led by V3 Ventures, according to StartupTalky's running tally of Indian startup funding for 2025. The deal is logged in the publication's December 16–29, 2025 window, placing the Maharashtra-based company among a broad slate of late-year fundraises across sectors ranging from fintech and space tech to electric vehicles and food service chains.
SuperYou operates in the online grocery segment, a category that drew more than one cheque in the same reporting window. Fellow Maharashtra-based online grocery player WickedGud also appeared in the December 16–29 table with a $2.2M Series A led by Orios Venture Partners, putting two grocery deals side by side in the same fortnight of the tracker.
The round size of $7M sits in the middle of the range for deals recorded in that period. The same table lists entries from $27.8K seeds to a $4.42B post-IPO raise by Shriram Finance, alongside larger venture rounds such as Digantara's $50M Series B and Quintrans's $750K seed. Within that spread, SuperYou's Series B is a mid-stage cheque rather than a headline mega-round, and it arrives in a fortnight that skewed toward Series A and Series B activity across Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana and Haryana.
V3 Ventures is the only investor named on the SuperYou line in the funding data, which lists lead investors per company but does not itemise co-investors or the full cap table. StartupTalky's table likewise records headquarters state, sector and round type for each deal, but stops short of disclosing valuation, founder details or the intended allocation of proceeds.
The tracker is maintained as a weekly-updated overview of Indian startup funding, with monthly tables covering amount raised, sector, investor and round type. For the December 16–29 window, it records dozens of transactions spanning consumer brands, deep tech, energy, healthcare and financial services — a reminder that late-December dealmaking in the Indian market remained spread across stages and sectors rather than concentrated in a single theme.
SuperYou's Series B adds another data point to the online grocery category for the year, though the tracker does not indicate how the company compares with peers on revenue, customer base or market share.
