WickedGud's Series A brings in $2.2M from Orios Venture Partners

WickedGud, a Maharashtra-based online grocery company, has raised $2.2M in a Series A round led by Orios Venture Partners, according to StartupTalky's weekly Indian startup funding tracker.

The deal appears in the tracker's December 2025 roundup covering the fortnight from 16 December to 29 December, placing the brand among a cluster of consumer and food-related raises recorded for the period. The company sells food products including pasta, noodles and wraps.

Orios Venture Partners is the sole lead investor named against the round. The tracker does not disclose any other participants, the valuation at which the Series A was struck, or the company's revenue.

Grocery and food brands featured repeatedly in the same fortnight's list. SuperYou, also classified under online grocery and headquartered in Maharashtra, raised $7M in a Series B led by V3 Ventures — a considerably larger cheque in the same category. Meal of the Moment, a food and beverage company in Maharashtra, raised $5.8M in a Series A led by IvyCap Ventures. Wow Momo, a food service chain based in West Bengal, raised $8.35M in a Series D led by Madhusudan Kela. Wellwith, a food and beverage products company in Uttar Pradesh, took $145K in seed funding from BeyondSeed, while Delhi-based Knack, also in food and beverage, raised an undisclosed angel round from Karan Wahi.

At $2.2M, WickedGud's round is smaller than the period's headline deals, which included a $30M Series B for embedded systems company Coreel and a $27.9M Series B for Transcon Ind, and sits alongside other early-stage cheques such as Loksuvidha's $2.12M Series A and Magma's $3M Series A.
