Triangle secures $10M seed to expand Asia‑Pacific live touring, taps DSG Consumer Partners
The $10M seed, led by DSG Consumer Partners, also includes a $5M venture debt facility and brings former Live Nation Asia‑Pacific head Roger Field on board
Triangle Group, a Singapore‑based live entertainment operator, funds, promotes and produces tours and festivals across Asia and Australia. On August 6, 2026 the company announced a $10M equity seed round and a parallel $5M venture‑debt facility. The equity portion was led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from Golden Gate Ventures, the Oberoi Family Office and a group of angel investors. Genesis Alternative Ventures supplied the venture debt.
The capital is intended to broaden Triangle’s touring and festival infrastructure and to develop consumer‑facing services such as travel and hospitality packages that complement the core show business. By owning tour and festival profit‑and‑loss statements, coordinating regional routing, handling local promotion, production, sponsorship and partnerships, Triangle aims to simplify the fragmented Asia‑Pacific market where demand is high but cross‑border execution is complex.
The financing arrives as the company adds a high‑profile executive: Roger Field, former President of Live Nation Asia‑Pacific and former CEO of Live Nation Australia & New Zealand, joins full‑time as Executive Director and Operating Partner. Field’s three decades of ticketing, venue and festival experience bolster Triangle’s plan to provide a single accountable regional partner for artists while leveraging local delivery expertise.
Triangle’s model sits between global entertainment conglomerates that bring scale and local promoters that bring market knowledge. Investors see the split between equity and debt as a way to fund long‑term expansion while preserving operating flexibility. The next test will be whether the expanded capital base translates into repeatable, profitable tours that make the Asia‑Pacific region a reliable circuit for international artists.
