Sahajanand Medical Technologies allotted 4,071,634 equity shares at Rs 344 apiece to anchor investors including Allianz Global Investors Fund, Natixis-Loomis Sayles and Tata AIA Life.
Sahajanand Medical Technologies has raised $17M from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering, which opens for public subscription on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
The company is a Class III and Class C/D medical devices business with a portfolio of technologically advanced medical devices across vascular and structural heart intervention.
The anchor book was filled at Rs 344 per share, with 4,071,634 equity shares allocated to participating institutions. Among the marquee names in the anchor round were Allianz Global Investors Fund – Allianz India Equity, Natixis International Funds (Lux) I – Loomis Sayles Global Emerging Markets Equity Fund, and Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited A/C Whole Life Aggressive Growth Fund ULIF.
Equity-oriented schemes that took allocations included DSP Healthcare Fund, Nippon Life India Trustee Ltd – A/C Nippon India Small Cap Fund and Whiteoak Capital Flexi Cap Fund, among others. Of the total anchor allocation, 3,025,093 shares went to five domestic mutual funds through seven schemes — a domestic institutional base that anchors a meaningful slice of the pre-listing book.
The company has fixed the price band for its maiden offer at Rs 327 to Rs 344 per equity share of face value Re 1 each. The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and the BSE.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited are the book-running lead managers to the issue. MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar of the offer.
The anchor allocation lands on the same day the public portion of the offering opens, giving the issue a set of committed institutional buyers before retail and other categories begin bidding. Sahajanand's device portfolio sits in the interventional cardiology space, where Class III and Class C/D classification places it among the more heavily regulated tiers of medical device manufacturing.
