Stuut Secures $53M to Automate Order-to-Cash Processes
Stuut has raised $53M in a Series B round led by Insight Partners to enhance its AI-driven order-to-cash solutions.
Stuut, a company revolutionizing the order-to-cash process for enterprises, has successfully raised $53M in a Series B funding round. This round, led by Insight Partners, marks a significant step in Stuut's mission to automate financial workflows, particularly in accounts receivable, an area where businesses globally have an estimated $16 trillion tied up in receivables.
The company is known for its AI-driven platform that effectively handles various functions including order management, collections, payments, cash application, disputes, and deductions. Unlike traditional finance software that merely identifies issues for human resolution, Stuut's technology proactively takes actions to resolve them, such as contacting customers or applying payments, which has proven to increase cash flow by up to 40% and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by an impressive 47%.
With more than 150 clients, including notable names like Honeywell, ZoomInfo, and PerkinElmer, Stuut has already processed over $3 billion through its platform. The recent funding will enable Stuut to further extend its capabilities across the entire order-to-cash lifecycle, allowing it to take on additional processes like credit and lending, thereby creating a more autonomous financial workflow for enterprises.
This funding comes just ten months after Stuut's Series A round, bringing its total capital raised to $93M. The company’s approach directly addresses the challenges faced by finance teams in navigating complex customer relationships and fragmented systems, which has become increasingly critical as the profession sees a significant exodus of accountants.
Stuut's focus on automation not only helps enterprises unlock cash trapped in receivables but also reduces the manual labor required in financial operations. As businesses face tightening budgets, solutions that improve cash flow and operational efficiency will be essential. Stuut's advancements position it well to meet this demand, providing measurable value that can translate into increased operational capacity for its customers.
The company plans to prioritize expanding its reach to more enterprises, enhancing its technology, and deepening its capabilities to manage complex exceptions autonomously, ensuring that it remains a key player in the financial technology landscape.
