Stuut Secures $53M Series B to Enhance AI-driven Order-to-Cash Solutions
Stuut raised $53M in a Series B round led by Insight Partners to expand its AI coworker for financial automation, now used by over 150 enterprises.
Stuut, a provider of AI-driven order-to-cash automation and accounts receivable software, has successfully raised $53 million in a Series B funding round led by Insight Partners. This round also saw participation from notable investors including Andreessen Horowitz, M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, and Activant. The announcement, made on October 7, 2026, comes just ten months after the company’s previous Series A funding.
Stuut's innovative platform is designed to streamline the entire order-to-cash process, which includes order management, credit, collections, payments, cash application, and dispute resolution. The company has gained traction among large enterprises, with over 150 businesses, including Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies, now utilizing its services. Notably, more than $3 billion has been processed through the Stuut platform, enabling customers to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by 47% and free up to 40% more cash flow.
The demand for Stuut’s services has surged, prompting the company to secure this significant funding. As Tarek Alaruri, CEO of Stuut, explained, the initial focus on collections highlighted a broader issue within financial processes—where overdue invoices often masked deeper systemic problems. Traditional order-to-cash software typically stops at identifying issues, failing to provide comprehensive solutions. Stuut, leveraging AI, moves beyond merely flagging problems to automating resolutions, thereby enhancing efficiency across financial operations.
The AI technology employed by Stuut allows it to autonomously manage customer interactions, investigate payment issues, and apply cash—all while maintaining context across different teams and systems. This is particularly valuable in large enterprises that often deal with complex legacy systems and require seamless integration without overhauling existing infrastructures.
With this new funding, Stuut plans to deepen its penetration into the financial infrastructure of enterprises, exploring areas like credit, lending, and fund movement. The company aims to evolve its capabilities to enable a fully autonomous B2B commerce environment, streamlining transactions from the point of sale through to payments and beyond.
As Stuut continues to grow, the company’s commitment to enhancing the order-to-cash lifecycle positions it as a formidable player in the fintech sector, addressing a critical need in the enterprise landscape where an estimated $16 trillion is tied up in receivables. This funding round not only reflects investor confidence but also sets the stage for Stuut to further innovate and expand its influence in financial automation.
